    • F = 72%
    • C = 0%

  • Total calories (kCal): 1405
  • Total weight of digested calories: 230

Day Summary:

  • 9:00 am – woke up
  • 1:00 pm – ate 10 strips
  • 4:00 pm – ate had Athletic Greens shake with 1 tsbp of MCT oil
  • 6:00 pm – ate 5 crispy strips
  • 9:00 pm – ate 10 strips

Notes:

I still seem to be in ketosis but the weight isn’t coming off as fast as I had hoped. Perhaps the initial two days of weight loss was just water weight. This is probably why my waist size changed so dramatically in the first two days and never again. I was probably foolish to assume that my waist would get smaller from fat loss when it is commonly reported to be the last place anyone loses weight.
